Draft Research Question:

Can a correlative relationship be established (in the US, but this could be other specific countries) and supported with evidence concerning the relationship between digital literacy practices and successful improvement of socioeconomic opportunity and educational gaps? 

I have chosen this topic because digital literacy is foundational to the social justice of access to, and creation of knowledge in the context of civil and human rights.

The pursuit of this question is primary to the mission of education and academic research.
